Preparing for new baby!!! 1st week Nov. 2009

My daughter Shelley is expecting her first baby the first part of Feb. 2010...I spent a week with her getting the baby room ready for our new grandaughter...yes it's a girl!!!
We sanded down a crib, re did it. We repainted a night table, small book case, changing table, a few other small items. We also made a rocking chair cover , window valance, pillow sham, and attached ties to the bumper pad for the crib. I was given some baby clothes from a thoughtful neighbor. Thank you Becky; anyway when I took them to Shelley it was fun watching David as he and Shelley were going through all the clothes. I am so pleased with these two...they will make great parents.
